Duties Description Essential Duties:
Assist in tracking and reconciling tenant/lease revenue accounts.
Assist in ongoing update of revenue tracking sheets.
Assist in reporting and tracking of revenue and related bank accounts
Assist with all aspects of revenue cycle including lease invoicing.
Assist in funding and reconciling operating accounts.
Assist in managing the receivable cash management process and related payment mechanisms.
Prepare bank and investment approvals.
Interact with the managing agent to monitor reporting of financial documents as per least requirements.
Prepare special report and complete special projects.
Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures and ensure compliance with leases, Federal, State and local requirements.
Contribute to month-end close and year-end close activities and deliverable, including account reconciliation, analytics, and other analysis as needed.
Assist in annual audit; provide necessary accounting information and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with reconciliations and prepare financial schedules.
Interact with all management and accounting staff.
Perform other duties within the scope of the position as required by the Treasury/Revenue Accountant, Deputy Treasurer and the CFO
Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience:
A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting is required. A minimum of four (4) years of general accounting/accounts receivable/payable experience is required.
