Salary RangeFrom $66951 to $85138 Annually
Duties Description Develop methods and procedures to produce accurate and efficient analysis.
Works with team members and other stakeholders to develop and build models supporting methods for extracting data.
Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
Provides input and feedback on existing methodologies recommends process improvements to ensure data integrity.
Run test scenarios to test functionality and performance of applications, reports, and scripts. Conducts tests to ensure all requirements are met.
As directed, performs data extraction, aggregation, and quality assurance checks from various sources in support of data trend identification and integrity analysis.
Assist with RMS Support by responding to phone calls and emails.
Prepares written reports to summarize data extraction output for review.
Collaborates with team members to develop business intelligence solutions as needed.
Work on special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent service in a SG-12 position or higher,
OR
Six (6) years of experience:
Extracting information from law enforcement systems such as SJS, NicheRMS, or Portal for reporting purposes.
Performing user acceptance testing of law enforcement applications to ensure system requirements are met.
Performing quality checks from various sources to ensure integrity of data.
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Criminology, Criminal Justice, Geography, Geographic Information Systems, Military Studies, Mathematics, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Economics, and Statistics may substitute for 4 years of experience listed above.
Masters Degree in Psychology, Criminology, Criminal Justice, Geography, Geographic Information Systems, Military Studies, Mathematics, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Economics, and Statistics may substitute for an additional year of experience listed above.
Additional consideration may be given to candidates who possess the following:
Data Auditing experience.
Instructor Development Certification or extensive experience providing training.
Experience with Business Intelligence solutions.
